    3310 charging fault

    Hey guys , how is everyone ...

    i have a 3310 with a charging fault , when i put the battery innit , the phone appears to start charging (without charger connected )

    when i power it up charging comes up (no charger connected ) ,
    iv already replaced chaps ic (charging related ) still same fault .

    any ideas anyone ?

    hi sam...can u pls check the part where there is several ceramic caps around the LEDs near the LCD ? check for any short-circuit around there...what i know is...from the Left , the 2nd LED has 2 or 3 ceramic caps around it....which is near the CCONT...see if it is corroded or short-circuit. if it is short circuited....there will be an abnormal charging shown when theres no charger connected to ya hp.

    works 98%

    R200 is disconnected from VBB-Main. ( See Schematics).

    if still connected, reball CCONT or change it.
