GPRS not WORKING (6610)

hello u lot, gprs isnt working, OK, heres the story;

on friday 19th of march, i phoned up t-mobile UK customer services to activate gprs on my 6610

they said that they did not have the service settings for this perticulur phone, although they have enabled gprs.

now, he said that use the picture message settings.

so ive gone into Connections>GPRS>GPRS Modem Settings>Edit Access Point Settings and i have done them corectly and ive done the same to MMS and Services.

now my problem is that the phone cannot connect to the gprs network.

it says : "GPRS Connection Not Available" when i send mms, go on wap, and access java internet applications

can uz please help me out.
