Need Help!!! 6210

hello, please im having problems with a fone i have, a 6210. im flashing it and it keeps saying (TX high). and sometimes it says bad rom, what can i do to fix this..? i'd be greatful if anyone could help...

thanks for replying. i tried rolis, i tired knok, i tired nokia flash, but still no way. i backup from another 6210 the flash file and tried to flash it but no way. i dont think its rfom the cable cuz it works, tired it with another GSM 3310, 6210 and its ok.
do u think the fone is bad, the rom or something.

any advice would be good.

just try knok latest version and if it still don't flash then it can be two things,, or work 6210 cable or the phone must have some resitor cracked.........

Which resistor? I had once 6210 which didn't connect with DLR3 cable, is it this problem?Regards Dydol

hey guys, whats up? it worked with the new version of Knok, but its showing "contact service", which is much better than showing TX high or whatever. i even tired to flash a 6250 on it but still, im gonna look for the full flash file 6210. would be easier if anyone would link me to a site for new versions, and thanks again. this is my MSN slimshaidi@hotmail.com

the cable i created it, got the diagram cuz where i am, u cant find them, so i had to go to a lonnnng way to make it. works fine with a 3310 3330 and some other fone, now im working on the DCT-4 cable..

yes i did faid. im going to flash this right now, thanks buddy.

but its giving me a hard time flashing, i think its the flash files i have, dont think they are good or something.

still make me go crazy...now its saying cant read IMEI from phone, im using Eeprom Tools 3.1 for DCT 3 Nokias. i just feel like taking the fone and braking it..

should i flash the file in 6210_virgineeprom.zip to it, but i flash a 6250 in a 6210. what do u think????

I don't think that flashing 6210 into 6250 is good idea, because if U did so U will have problem with 1800MHz band in your phone, no signal or very weak, U wrote that U made cable yourself , did U made Dejan 1.0 flasher or Dejan 1.05 or Wintesla Pkd 1? And do U have mbus cable? If U reflashed 6210 to 6250 U will need an 6250 virgin eeprom to avoid contact service message. And to change imei try Nokia Tool by Rolis v1.9 it should work fine. Virgins eeproms and mcu+ppms U will find in download section, Nokia tool 1.9 here U are:

Use Rolis Flasher as your flasher! Set the Delay index to 3 (works for me) or try other settings 1,2,4,5! If you get "Contact Sevice" Use Eeprom tools TEST to determine the cause! If the test says Cobba parallel/serial fail, then you have a hardware failure! If not try different flashes, especially a full working flash from a working 6210!

thanks for all the help, i have rolis, i use it always to flash, dont think the cable is the fault, its either saying "TX HIGH" or bad ram. im going to try the delay index set it to 3. i have like 5 different 6210 flash files, have been working on the fone for ages now, its the only one that gives me problems, after i try like 5 times, then it starts to flash, and when its done i try to set the faid and other setting using nokia tool by rolis, the fone will turn on to the insert sim. the fone will turn off. and it wont start till i take off the battery like 2sec and back on. its giving be a hell of a though time. aaaahh im use the cable for other fones and they work great. only this 1

anyways im greatful for all the help.
