d500 help

hi ive recently bought full housing for my d500 installed the whole thing by watching the video turned it on and the camera dont work now so i took it apart againg to check the camera connection put it back together and all i keep getting now is a white screen on boot up nothing else
any ideas please

well first i try and help then possibly u can help me

this normally happens on samsungs when u have nipped the cable or u have sent it into test mode take the battery off for more than 5 mins and put it back see what happens then try a full reset of phone but u will loose all video's etc

Yes you have damaged the ribbon by the sounds of it

you can get replacement ones on ebay for around £4

Can anyone help me ?
i have a d500 here that needs re-charging every few hours , it is not the battery as i have tried a new one and that is the same.
