Samsung D500, plz help!

Hi everybody

I bought my Samsung D500 off ebay a few days ago which is on Orange UK network. The problem is that i could send text messages and make calls but i cannot receive any txts or calls.

So I wonder what could be the problem, why is it not receiving any txts or calls?
