If am not mistaken, you must read the codes from the phone for this model, it is not possible to use a standard code for this model...

please dont post your IMEI on the forum, it can be misused by others!!

you need to use a box like UFS or UST PRO2 or the like... i think your option is the cheapest, take it to a shop and get it unlocked for around £10GBP

may b of interest,found on another forum,claims to work on d600,does work on x660,i unlock 1 using this method.
