r220 call service provider-help me pls...

i reseted the phone using toolbox4 without a box
the phone has weak light and says call service provider
and also the phone imei changed to 44796789400044/8
what can i do to fix it
im using data cable

open toolbox
press e2p manager
press program on
select e2pTstpattern
select write to eproom
write input value 0*2767
press sending command
press reset
your imei will be 44796789400044/8
and phone will return to factory values.
if you want to change imei you have to desolder it reprogram
if you have not these softwares(toolbox.eprom dump)
