download a virgin MCU+PPM and a vigin EEPROM. (you'll find it in the download section).

Flash the mcu+ppm from 00200000-003D0000 and the EEPROM from 003D0000-00400000

Your phone should power on now. Be sure to repair IMEI, and reset locks.

Ok,
I am not sure thatis SW problem , I tried Virgin EEP,Full flashes , and many softwares.
But there is a problem , R 224 Has correct voltage and signal for some second then voltage reduce to 0.8 V suddenly.
(All 2.8 and 3.6 V vlotage of phone sometimes go down to about 1 v)
CCONT and Flash IC and COBBA are correct.

I had an bad size flashfile.... try downloading an fullflash.... like... i can upload 1 if u want.

the only thing i dod was having the battery out for about 30 seconds. then i putted it back in the 3310 again. flashed the 3310 with a new flashfile. (if u want to mod. correct all checksums & crc's) set faid.... and it was OK....

worked 4 me :)

I think it is a "power on" problem, try change the CPU

bout your prob, we're you positive that it was a 3310 and not a 3330?

when flashing, was it a 32mb flash or a 16mb one? it might just have been a flash problem. also try inserting a charger after flashing. if it charges, chances are you have a problem with the circuit to your switch.
