Nokia 6310i - how to READ flash ?!

I would like to Read flash from DCT-4 Nokia 6310i.
This is very special (non comercial) version of mobile where flash contains extra features not used in regular 6310i phones.

Wich software should i use?
Is any avialable on the net for free?

At the moment it is not possible to read flash on any dct4 phone.

Yes but on internet i saw a lot of flash files for DCT4 phones
Form where they come ?
Are they read form phones or distributed by nokia ?
