Ericsson T28 "dead" after flashed eeprom

first time i flash eeprom ,phone start up OK, but i see nothing on phonescreen, i think the eepromfile was wrong, so i try another one, then phone is "dead", can't start phone anymore, any fix for this?

Write eeprom to phone again, then repair IMEI and flash phone.
