Dead SL45 - where is the IMEI?!?!

Hi, I managed to mess my SL45 up while trying to upgrade it to the SL45i. I've read most of the posts here on how to repair it and it seems I need to use the logger to generate a file so I can get a map to help repair it.

I cant seem to find the IMEI number - can any1 point me in the right direction please?

Look behind (under) the Battery it will start with 35xxxxx-xx-xxxxxx and its 15 digits

Thanks Fatih. I hope I've done this right - here is my log file.

My phone wont power up at all - I must have really screwed it up while trying to repair it!

Can you give me a quick guide of what to do with the map file when you post it please?

1. Here isnt any Log File....

2. You have to rewrite the Map with Logger back to your phone at WRITE IMEI....

3. Thats all

Oops! Sorry, I didnt preview my earlier post!

Heres the file again - there are two logs from 2 different readers.

I'm still trying to revive the phone myself - it currently is not switching on - it flashes on and the off after a second when u power it up. Hope this gives you an idea of what the problem may be.

Here is your Map for Logger 4.03... Select Write IMEI, Open Map, Write IMEI...

Repair "Wrong Software" , "Short Poweron's" and Unlock your Phone


1. Read with the Logger your phones Log ...!!!

2. a) If your phone a C-M-S 35 (i) or C30 is calculate it with the C-M-S 35(i) Mapper by Henrich SGU...

b) If your phone a A3x, A40,S-ME45, SL42-45 is OPEN it with Notepad and delete the word " Version 4.00 "

LOG File. Version 4.00
This log file should be sent to [email protected]
********************************************************

[Model: Siemens SL45][PhoneID: XXXXXXX][Desired IMEI: XXXXX-XX-XXXXXX]

3. Use for A3x, A40,S-ME45, SL42-45 the Mapper to calculate the Log File into Map File...And save it as Map or Txt File..

4. Open the Logger 4.03 and select "Write IMEI", open the Map File and Write IMEI...

Thats all.... Your phones is Unlocked...There is no Wrong Software Message...Or its not switching on for a short time...
