upgrade/repair software full flash for 8310

Hi, I'm abit stuck. Can anyone point me in the right direction for repairing my mobile. I've got an 8310 which the ringtones and vibration dont work when poeple ring me, but the vibration works on games. Where can I find a Full flash file to upgrade the mobile as I think its a software fault?

You can get the full flash file (version 5.80) at http://napalm.all.at/

You will also need a flasher kit, about £65 upwards, to write the flash to the phone.
