Can anyone tell me what this extra menu does? (Net Monitor)

I think its on the Nokia 3315

It gives you heaps and heaps of information about the phone and the network the phone is on. I think I posted a netmonitor manual on tequila.org

theres the manual regarding net monitor somewhere in the forum maybe it will answer ur question :)
