did anyone try this to 5510?

to put the special character for blinking sms ?if yes how??i did it to 3330 but not to 5510.

do it as you do with 3310.

export languages with ppmmanager.
open language file in notepad.
search lines that have keyboard keys.
one line has special characters, add there \0x01 for blink, \0x0A for enter/linefeed.
then import edited language to your flash, and do what you usually do with flash :)

thanx litefun i did that to 5510 as i did to 3330 but it doesn't work.did you do it to 5510 and work??:confused:

yes, i have now 0x0a and 0x01 in special characters.
when i write message, and press chr-button, there are 2 boxes, first for linefeed, second for blink.

did you change wrong line?

it's long time i did that for 5510, but i remember that those lines were like:

x. Q
x. W
x. E
x. R

and so on, x for line number, and maybe some special characters after main characters.

i don't know what letters are in å,ö,ä keys if not using languages like finnish/swedish, but you can put linefeed for eg. ä key.

no need to replace \xA4\xA7 with \x0A\x01, just write \x0A\x01 after them.

for me it worked in v03.53 (5510).

too bad i don't have my own pc at this moment in net, i put it to ftp download.

i did that too but it did not work.i have v3.53 witn Greek language.i don't know why it doesn't work to 5510 when i did that to 3330 it worked.anyway thank you for your replys litefun:)

i'm just working with new 5510 flash, but would like nice graphics to it, if somebody has drawn new menu graphics you can send to me pm.
maybe put it available in next week.

it will have blink & linefeed, but only ppm pack b so you have to change language.
