Types of cables

Any kind soul out there willing to spare sometime explaining the types of cables for nokia fone and there funtion or any other nokia tools or nokiaequiment

I bet there's a lot of equipment at the authorized Nokia service centers.

But for us who unauthorizely mess up, or rather improve our Nokias as dictated by our creativity, only two type of cable would do.

1. Flasher Cable - Flashing/Upgrading of the phone's firmware.
2. Data Cable - FBUS/MBUS for general interface with the PC.

But for me, I am living with just a cable. It is the 2-in-1 cable. It's an MBUS and Flasher rolled in just one unit. This is all I have. thanks to Dr. Bizar for the cable design.
