Need a logger that works under win xp

Im i heavy need of a log file generator for c45, that works under windows xp. Please help

There is a way to do it requires you have userport installed and to use the files I uploaded then I managed to get the thing to read a phone which is great.

I used the normal logger and made sure its compatability was set to Win98/Me
