Im looking for a place to buy simcards that'll work on the T-Mobile system in the us. Im kinda new to the simcards and wafers. Can I get simcards programmed with the 19 digit serial numbers already programmed or do I have to do. Can I program a blank chip to the serial # of a fried chip?
