Nokia 3310 Ringtone

I will like to ask if anyone knows of any software that can extract special effects ringtones from the Nokia 3310 phone?

I've tried to play the ringtone in the composer in nokia 3310 and the sound turn out to be different. It doesn't have any special effect in it.

I was also wondering if there's any software out there that can allow use to compose ringtone with special effects just like what http://www.diysms.com/ig3/ringer/powerring.htm can do.

Can you recommand the software if you have come across it.
