find out your card

hi, can anybody of u plz tell me how to find out the make and other stuff of the sim cards i have.

like the silver cards and the gold cards have a number like pic and eeprom, how can i find the same for my sim card,

i am using sim reader by dejan schematics.

1 more thing,, how can i copy the program loaded in the simcard to another simcard.

like i want the provider menu to be there.
