I was under the understanding that some flashing could be done with a mbus cable, and that some requried the dejan cable.
The phone I am working with communicates fine via a mbus cable but I cant seem to read OR write flashes.

Rolis Tool 1.8 Has an option to read flash, and doesnt have lpt port option so I assumed mbus would work.

The phone is labled as:
V 07.10.20-Aug-01.NPB-1.(c) NMP

and I understand that some of the NMP softwares restrict flashing. I need some guidance...

Should I be able to read this? Should I be able to write. If not, will the dejan cable solve my problems?

And what actually works with 3390 FLS files? I havent had *ANY* luck with FLSEDIT whatsoever.

Thanks.

You can only flash with a flashercable and not with an f/mbus cable..

Ok, anyone know where I might buy one premade and fairly cheap?

And also the question about what will actually read the xx90 flashes properly (for hex editing etc etc etc)

(I want to change menu graphics and titles.
