Link for Flashes with Eeprom

Running out of eeprom comparing material, looking for links to Nokia Backup Flashes.
Eeprom must be included.
Only eeprom data is also welcome.

To be more specific:

The newer Nokia's also use Emulated Eeprom for storing essential 'backup' data which will be lost when powering down.
I'm very interrested in all essential values in this Eeprom.

"Backup" (MCU+PPM+Eeprom+PMM) flashes are hard to get nowadays, mostly they are "Full" or "Repair" (MCU+PPM)

Can be all sort of Nokia's but must have their eeprom emulated in flash, not the seperate chip ones, they have other layout.
