... with my 3310? Always when try to read my phone info with

noktool it says "failed to initialyse local mode", so what do i have

to do? I know that i have the correct cabel so that's not the prob.

Well, first of all get the newest version (v1.8 ). Then check all of your connections Pc -> 3310, 3310 -> PC, then press the little red beetle button (autosearch)! This will search all your com ports for a handset! If that doesn't work, check and clean contacts on the handset (bit cable touches)! Also try a different phone!? Failing that, try a different computer! If it works on a different one, check your PC's communication port settings ( make sure it's COM 1-4)! If still no joy, test phone with new/different cables! Try and narrow your problem down to the source!;)
