3310 only working on orange

i have a 3310 which will only work on orange, does anybody know how to check to find if it has been barred, or what to do with it, bought the phone as a repair job, not having much luck

Maybe the IMEI is blocked. Try to change it just to check. :p
Remember, IMEI changing may be ilegal. ;)
