Sony J7 do not charge (need help)

I have an Service Manuals without Component Layout.

The accu and the charger is good...

If I charge the phone, the measured transmitted supply is 0.2 V in accu-pinout... The charger LED do not work...

if you use not original charger will not work.sometimes if the battery not full empty can not start to charging.if everything is ok
try to reflash it.

I cannot reflash the phone.... I could cry... The phone working 100% but not charge. (Not water damaged)

anyone: have a Component Layout?

Charging voltage must be <=5 volt's.

Yes. I know, but too smal the 0.2 V charger supply...
