Hmm...

Where can I check which language pack contains the language that I want on my Siemens? And where can I find a list of the latest F/W for each Siemens phone just like a Nokia one was posted?

What does this mean: C3i2403? I beleive it's C35i v24, language pack 03, is this correct?

Hmm...

I have read around that there isn't any direct unlockers for C35i v23 or v24, and that the firmware versions can only be direct-unlocked upto and including v21, is this true?

Also I flashed a C35i with a 21_03 and after a sucessfull write the mobile would not respond to the power button... any solution for this?

yes only for v21 and lowers exist direct unlocker for higher version you need map mekar this work up to v24 (http://www.djtomy.free.komrel.net/siemen/siemensmap.zip)

for your dead c35 you have to use for example ZIEMENS X3X SERIES WORKSHOP 122 . flash phone whit SWUP v18 then run Workshop and flash EEPROM then press CEE_repeir and phone schould work fine .

Another solution is flash phone whit All3/4 and then on screan you schould see Wrong Software . Then read log and make map write map to phone And phone works like before Flashing whit v21
