3210 insert correct card

i have one 3210 that always say insert correct card i try to unlock and to flash but is imposible, i do that with nokey10 that is the box i use normaly for dct-3 series.
anybody have some help? thanks

insert correct card means that your phone is locked to a network operator...
just unlock it with b phreaks dct 3 tools
