It's sad, but Nokia have right here.

The only thing I don't agree is the domain name, and that they said he must tell them who he got the materials from.

There is no doubt that they legally can force him to remove the copyrighted material. The list of how he obtained the material is bs. Only way they can force him to make a list like that is by a court order...
And the domain name is also totally bs. Just recently google.com sued the owner of google.no they owned the rights to the word google. google.com lost :-D

The funny thing about that, is that google.no actually have nothing to do with goggles, it is owned by a Mobile/SMS site, but when google.no sued them, they started to sell goggles with "google.no" printed on... :D

Hehe. Google isn't a real word. In my dictionary it has two references:
a) The website google.com
b) Googleplex from hitchhikers guide to the galaxy (yeah)

What they sell would more correctly be called goggles not googles

The biggest losers are Nokia themselves. no Nokia aren't right, maybe within their rights but not right.
