Dear all,
I've short-cutted one transistor changing Green leds to Blue leds on a Nokia 6210, and I'm looking for buying a brand new transistor in France. It's very hard because electronics shops do not have any translation table from mark on SMT component to normal part number.
Is anybody able to tell me what is the correct reference of an SOT23 package SMT transistor labelled DFs (I've looked at Philips site and the equivalent is in SOT83 package so it do not match) ??? Normally the s letter is for the manufacturer but I can't find it (p is for Philips !!!)...
