how to flash nokia alcatel phones

hi there ,
i m very new to mobile technology .. would you plz tell me how to backup nokia phones with dejan box v1.04 and how to make mcu/ppm.
also i have many more alcatel be1 phones badly unlocked and badly flash file installed. theas all alcatel phones still switch on but some phones no network and some phones after two second say insert sim card. i was use andorromeda 4.9 pleas telme how repaire theas phones and how i identyfy what is the correct flash files for alcatel phones.
i've just started studying flashing phones,
Any kind of help will be apreciated

sorry, I don't know much about alcatel. for dejan mcu+ppm uploader goto http://users.net.yu/~dejan/flasher/flasher.html. this may sound like a stupid question but do you know about dejan original flasher?

i know about alcatel......
just flash the phone with same version and same type of flash like 1FMSGFJ and you must see if it is 16c,16d,16b....and also you must see if it is AMD,FUJITSU flash,and if it is 2 mb or 1mb...
all this info u can see in andromeda when u connect the phone.....
