3210 dead

It got to me dead 3210. I reball CCONT and now when I turn it on, the black screen appears like it should, then it goes away and then should appears Insert SIM card or Enter PIN code(with SIM in it) but the display just goes blank. Light is on but nothing else. I did a full flash, upadate FAID repair IMEI but still the same. The phone is on, because it communicates with PC perfectly. I measured all the voltages what service manual says to measure, and all are OK. Any ideas ??? Thanks a lot.

Try resoldering the ccont or replace it. I have had problems like that and I traced it to the ccont not properly soldered or is defective.

Yes, but I have said that I reballed the CCONT. Anyway I solved the problem. The PCB was broken. I fixed it, so the phone works !
