Help 3210 with Horizontal net and batt bar...

Hi all....
can the experts in this forum help me??
I make a modified 3210 v6.00 with:
- inverted lcd
- horizontal batt and signal bar,
but I have a problem with nett and batt bar, if I press "C" they will disappear (temporary) and batt bar won't animate if I do the charging.

Can n e 1 help me???

thats is the problem when changing the batt and nett bar horizontally........i think right now there is no solution for this....

Hi,

I think Ur problem can be solved.

But I cannot see how U want the result since I have no 3210.

The trick can be to make the bottom text refresh zone smaller.

At location 0D66D4 is some bytes that say where the X/Y of the LeftTop is, and then The Width/Height of that zone.

For ProjectZ this values were used to maintain the Battery & NetBar logos.

(XX-YY WW-HH)
from (00-25 54-0B)
to (08-25 46-0B)

I hope this is a bit understandable.
Maybe U can make a bmp as example?

That was my question too. :)

To explain what a refresh zone is U can refer to my Avatar.

A zone can be like the black square with NokDoc in it.

A refresh can be everytime when the word NokDoc blinks.

So when a refresh occurs, the whole line is redrawn.

I expect that U don't want that refresh zone to refresh in the left & right, there where U have Ur new icons.

U can make that zone smaller then.

Currently the one for the botton texts start on left top x00-y37 and is 84 width, 11 heigh.

In hex values those bytes are written in the file as FF0025540B
On location 0D66D4 for a 3210-600.

To what values U can change I cannot decide, it depends on the layout U like.

I'm starting to play with this too, but I notice something weird in my 3330 file, height and width are always 00
I found the offsets by moving the netbar & batter a bit in ppmedit
and then search for the differences
