Since the DCT4-series phones have Net Monitor disabled in the firmware, is it possible to get hold of Net Monitor enabled flash files for DCT4 phones?

I have a 6310i here with it on it. But no means of getting the file off the phone.

John has it on his phone as he blagged the phone from some guys at nokia over a few beers if what I was told is ture and his phone has a funny IMEI number as well, as for getting it on your phone not possable as it is only put in phones meant for people at nokia not for the public as it gives out to much info which we the public can use to get things done.:D
