IMEI PRoblem

when using all siemens 5.1 to change imei, using a map and the change IMEI button i get

COMM_LoadBoots : phone is powered on

SEC_RecreateIMEI : invalid decoded IMEI
COMM_LoadBoots : original IMEI () is corrupt
COMM_LoadBoots : found SIEMENS MT50 lg3 v9 (1)
COMM_LoadBoots : flash ids are 002088CE [002088BA] - BA20
COMM_LoadBoots : phone ids are 88461A4C [88461A4C]
COMM_UpdateIMEIBlocks : update is not accepted


Any Ideas?? Update is not accepted

for this you need another way to calculate MAP file.

Did you ever seen any Mapper or an Unlocker for only BA20 chips??? I didnt.....!!!!

The all siemens 5.1 is the only one tool that is writing IMEI for M-MT50....

Maybe you can write to it as C45.... If anything is wrong let me know please.....

C45 = boot file 3 error.

so no luck there either...

I am not really sure, what are the implications of using my mobile without the original IMEI being present??

Fully sorted, phone is V17 now, has java unlocked and has original IMEI back :D

Sorry i meant to post, To solve the problem i updated my SW to V17, 101 not 160, and then i used all siemens 3.0 to change IMEI as C45 then i unlocked it and Beatuy:D

All works!

I RECOMMEND using v17 its so much nicer then 9...
