I tried to use this software to unlock one Siemen S40 but got this message:

COMM_LoadBoots : selected phone family is 6
TTY_OpenCOMPort : opening COM1
COMM_IsBootRunning : bootcode does not seem to be running
COMM_LoadBoots : Waiting to power on the phone ...
COMM_LoadBoots : phone is not powered on

I did turn the phone on but it still has this message: "COMM_LoadBoots : phone is not powered on" the it showed this message: "COMM_LoadBoots : phone is not powered on"

Do you guys know what wrong with this?

Can you repeat all the steps to unlock your S40 please?
I always get those below messages regarding whatever I did:

COMM_IsBootRunning : bootcode does not seem to be running
COMM_LoadBoots : Waiting to power on the phone ...
COMM_LoadBoots : phone is not powered on

I don't know if the cable is defected or not but I did check everything and everything. The only thing I haven't done yet is make my own cable.
Is there anyway you can show us step by step?

I dont know its just working i use an old chinese FBUS cable with exernal power it just work have tried with 3phones with no problems. hope this helps.

I got my s40 to respond and unlocked by reversing the rx tx on my s40 cable

Hmm...

When I download the file and attempt to decompress it with WinRAR it tells me unexpected end of file. (Archive corrupted...)Any ideas?

just tried unlocking a c45 v 14 on it.
direct unlock did not work, inspite that the program said all ok.

map reading from phone - OK.
imei changing - OK.

had no time to test if map maker is allright (read with logger 4.3, mape map with nutzo's program and write back with same program) becouse my costumer became unpatient.

I tired me45 is ok.
relock to network not working (on c45 ).

100 % NOT work mt50 v14!
(No ba20 etc... with the free unlocker is opened!)
