I CAN SEE THAT SOME PEOPLE ARE DOWNLOADING ONLY THE UNLOCKER AND SOME ONLY 1 OR 2 DATA YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD ALL THE FILES UNZIP IN THE SAME FOLDER WIRE THE TEST POINT AND THEN START UNLOCKING..........

Also repair a 50. Shortet the testpoint.
Still this do not work. It says that 0000 is phrobihed.
I have to write and read full flash chip. it does not respond.

about the test point , I did connect it to the ground of the phone.


like to the adjacent ground of the phone.

Hello..
I have tried to unlock my A50 but i got this error: 5A00.. I opened the cable and the pins is like this: Pin 1 = Black , Pin 5 = Blue , Pin 6 = White.. Can anybody help me to fix the cable so i can unlock my A50?

I didn't need to change anything in the cable.
I just connect the test point to the ground, like the adjacent body of the pcb.

I have tried that.. But my phone went dead when i used wrong unlocking soft. I have tried A50 repair and unlocker. Also tried to flash it.. It is still flashing with the lights... Do you know how to repair it?

I think that U have destroyed the eeprom of the phone
U need a new eeprom.
I don't know if there is a new eeprom downloader for the A50.

if u have tried to upgrade the phone to v3 or v4, then I don't know, coz they say that this unlocker would unlock the v2,3,4 only not v1

i am struggling with this software i have a version 01 and i was informed that the software had to be upgraded before it could be unlocked, but here it says this software will unlock any version. i can`t get it to unlock my phone. i understand the test point and have downloaded all the data files but it don`t wanna unlock me phone. if i have to upgrade the software first any suggestions on where to get the flash files and what software to use to flash the phone. i don`t want to damage my customers phone and would rather give it him back unlocked if i thought i would corrupt the phone`s software. any help would be gratefully received.

This soft unlocks only versions 02,03, and 04 yes u need to upgrade your mobile try to find flash on www.gsmflashes.com
First of all read full flash with Maxim Wizard tool(flashing part of that software is working without dongle or any crack) and then u can try to unlock that phone!

This unlocker is not working on A50 with flash id BA20!!!!!!!!

thanks for your reply i have now upgraded to v03 and it seems the unlocker i am using which is a50 unlock v1.02 still will not unlock the phone it keeps saying error strange answer 1:5A00 i have data 2,3 and 4 loaded and wire from testpoint to earth on pcb. any suggestions where i could be going wrong

If you get that type of error make sure that phone connector is clean i mean no dirty on him and your data cable is good or try to restar your computer.
When you press start on software you need to press red button on mobile only for short time if you again get errors take the battery out and disconnect the cable and try again it should work i have unlocked 10 pieces whit version 03 but as i said you cant unlock it if he has flash id BA20!!!!

i downloaded the flash from the link you posted the other night and it came with winswup 32 installer i cannot see anything about flash id BA20 i have checked the phone as well and cannot see anything relating to the flash id. where can i look to find this out sorry to be a pest and thanks for your help.

Ok dont worry about flash id just try to unlock the phone.If flash id is BA20 software will say that version is not suported so there is no way to damadge the phone.Every time you get errors disconnect the phone from cable and pull out the battery and try again.

Thanks for your help with this one m8. i tried for a while and it still did not work eventually i sussed that it was a windows xp problem. This prog looks like it will run with xp but it won`t unlock the phone. Went to windows me and it unlocked straight away. when it comes to sorting out phones throw your xp away. windows 98/me rules. What is it you want to know ? everything is explained in this thread. when i unlocked my phone though i just put a bit of wire from the test point to the side of the pcb where the earth track runs. i think the software will only work with win 98/me. if you get stuck or need advise just post it. It is an easy unlock when you get inside the phone.

but what do i do with it exactly, connect a peice of wire to it?? after connecting it were do i place the other end?

Try this software.
You just need to make the dongle which is easy with the information supplied and easier than opening the phone every time.
Just got it today!! have made the dongle and it works but haven't used it yet to unlock.
straight from drucrew so should be ok.

I don't have a phone to test this software on.
What I mean by working is that with the dongle pluged in to the paralel port all the functions seem to work in that prompts to load and save files for flashing and the message waiting for ignition comes on when the unlock is pressed.
If you check out the link you will find other software for sale but this is given for free!!!!,So have no reason to doubt it is genuine.
Would gladly post any results if only I had a phone to do a test on.

just like to clear a few things up regards this unlocker.

do u have to solder the wire down frm the test point to the earth bit, or can u temporaly hold it down with gaffa tape or anyother sticky thing,

i just held it firm with my fingers but a bit of tape of some description will do it as long as it makes contact for the 10-20 seconds of unlock thats all it needs
