Is there any symbian emulator for pc to preview the applications on pc before install them on 7650? Any suggestion?

You can download the Series 60 SDK from the Nokia Forum, but I warn you... it's 122Mb :)

what does this do?
if i download this, will i be able to install the .sis files to my computer? can i use it to test the .sis files?

no think u can't install the sis files

also there is no way to test the app files because they are in arm assembler
you could only create your own app and test it in the emulator, this means that the debug app has x86 code
