I need help quick!

Hey everyone. Yesterday i brought a Nokia 3310 from my friend. He told me i would need to buy an Orange network SIM card and i did today. Put it in, registered it and everything was fine. Then i turned on my phone. But for some reason i am still seeing his settings.. like welcome message, message settings.. ringtones and other things! I really want to start from scratch but i don't know how! I have tried the #7780# code, but that just will not work! I also don't know my Security code so i can't put that in! Someone please help me :(!

try 12345
is the default security code for orange. And if you have a MBUS cable you could use nokia tool by jordik to get read the security code, or use knok to do a full reset.

My bro sent me a voice message, and held down 1 to listen to it. Everything was fine, only the icon to tell me that i had a voice message hasn't disappered. I have tried listening to the voice message twice now but it just don't disappear!

when you have finished listening to the message, press 3 to delete the message. :) hope i helped u.
