Enter TEST mode

Hi again.

yes i know i bug a bit.. but i simply
get stuckk all the time and i cant find that spot....

anyway
i now used the SGH-N600 IMEI Writing PGM(SVC) Ver 1.02

anyway when the program tries to ENTER test mode it simply
writes FAIL to enter Test mode..

is it because:
1) i didnt unlock something in the eeprom? (it a brand new phone)
2) im using the Original DATA cabel (used to transfer Melodys, and sime unlocking) and i should use a FLASH cable (if exist)
3) Other thing i cant put my mind on.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!

im on this thing for some time now
and im stuck with the original code...
