6210 flashed, works with sms but not voice

got a 6210 of a friend who upgraded, flashed it (to remove operator lock) with the 6210 files from here (http://napalm.all.at/) (which seem to have his phone book and a load of text messages still..) the 6210 works fine to send and recieve text messages, but does not work to make or recieve calls - any ideas?

Have the phone next to me, dial it on the land line and i get put through to my voicmail - phone doesnt make a sound - call diverts and blocking are not on

well this is wierd - just tried again, havent touched the phone in the way of settings or anything, but it works now - this is wierd!!, figured i should just let ya know :)
