unlocking problems with an 6210 v.4.27

hi there

I've grabbed the partial flash for unlocking my 6210 v.4.27 from the NBRC, took a backup and flashed it to my phone - all went fine but the mobile is still locked.
I've tried it with the partials compiled in NU and Rolis flasher but that hasn't helped anyway.
and if I read it out with Nokiatool035, the values in the line "MSIN" are all F-es, I havn't seen this untill yet, maybe this helps further for helping me...

sometimes nokiatool shows that phone is locked but it is not....if still locked then something is wrong with your phone.....you need to flash it with a flash from another phone from 200000 to 400000...dont worry,eeprom is in area from 5xx000 to 600000 (i dont know exactly right now because im in intermnet caffe),but is over 500000,so u can easwily flash it from 200000 to 400000 with a flash from another phone but still v 4.27.........
PPM pack is also above 480000 so dont worry....but make a backup of eeprom...
make a backup from 550000 to 600000......

thanks very much, the mobile really wasn't locked anymore but Nokiatool displayed it!
happened again today with another 6210 but this time there was a SIM accessible to me from another provider to proove that it isn't locked /n/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif

do you have any ideas why this "failure" occurs?
