Sorry. We still have not heard that we can change IMEI for all DCT4 until now.

tHIS IS POSSIBLE !!

WHAT U NEED IS A NEW CHIP !

THE CHIP IN DCT4 FONES IS NOW OTP (ONE TIME PROGRAMMABLE)

what u need to do is buy new chip (around $8) and take off old one and replace and write new chip ..... done


Ball ache to do and not many peeps will be bothered with it, but hey if it works use it !
