sorry blueLED, but i think i have bad news to you. With my little experience, i learn that every phone that have contact with any fluid will probably dead sooner or later.

The best way to clean up this motherboard is with isopropilic alcohol and a brush (or ultrasonic cleaner). You can try to keep the motherboard immerse in isopropilic alcohol about 30-60 min and brush after.

After the clean process you should keep the motherboard under heat (Hakko) or even resold all components.

GOOD LUCK, PAL

hmm..... i had a motorola once that fell in a swimming pool.... i only put on a table, and the next dat it was fixed.... but it's motorola... not nokia.. :)

is 100 NOK (1$ is 7 or 8 NOK) and a 3310 much for a juice damaged 3330? or? because in norway they don't sell 3330 any more.... only 3310. Strange. I know.

If someone in norway or sweden, denmark or smt are reading this and have a 3330 that they can sell... so PM me or send me an E-Mail :)

sorry for my poor english

@ blueLED

i´ve repaired some phones that have been in water, coca-cola and oranje juice...
with water the problem is the short circuits that might hapen when the phone is in contact whith water. so after it has dried and if it still works, open it and clean it good whit isopropilc alcool. be very careful whith calcium formations that can be formed in the contacts ( sorry i dont know the name in english for those formations... eheheh portuguese...)
with juice or coke the problem is bigger... the short circuiting problem still exists but if the board was in contact with the juice\coke for to long (even after drie) the acid in them could "eat" away the exposed coper parts of the board, again, use isopropilic alcool as soon as possible using a brush and brushing it hard. some phones i´ve repaired over a year ago are still being used... one by miself( it was for junk... ehehehe) so if you are carefull in the cleaning process you can use with no problems...
