Failure In My 3310

Hi. I have 2 Nokia 3310´s, my friends gave them to me, and they both have 5.03 firmware in them, but they cant take any simcard, in nokiatool it says EEEE and that kinda stuff i both of the phones, and there is no backup of any kind, but i have an other 3310 who works, cant i just read flash from that and write in to the 2 other phones ?? Is it possible to get the 2 phones work ?? I heard something about a eeprom ?? Thankz

Okey... then there is no possibility to fix the 2 phones ?? I need to send them in to Nokia ??
