Hi all ,,

I have 3310 it was working fine, i tried to upgrade it and convert it to 3315 but after i update software version it's giving me " Contact Service ".

I flash it with with most of files on the net but still i'm getting the same message.

Just i wana know is it HaRdWaRe !

after flashing the file you should try to correct imei then update sp locks and the update faid !!

If this still fails then download another 3315 file !!! it could be a problem with the file, its not a hardware error !
