What SW can made backup of eeprom area and flash area on M and MT 50 phones ?

Try UniSiemens and select SL45

Hi

thanks for replay.
Eeprom on Sl45 starts at 5F0000 and ends 010000.
If I open *.ini file of zSiemens v0.91 (it have suport for M50)
I see this :
M50=full 600000,eeprom1 start at 1F0000,eeprom2 start at 5F0000

So is that mean that eeprom in M50 is in two flash memories:
EEPROM 1 From 1F0000 size 010000
EEPROM 2 From 5F0000 size 010000
or...???
