Nokia 3510 imei

Hi can you please tell me how I can change an imei number on a Nokia 3510 mobile phone. Please tell me what software I would need and if a dejan cable will do the trick. It was a contract phone and they said they would give me an upgrade but didn't send one. So I have cancelled the contract and they have barred the imei number. Any help would be appreciated.

as far as i know you cant change it.
it is a dct4 fone...
and there is no imei changer as yet:(
