8210 crashes when opening "Picture Messages" menu

I have a 8210 which was upgraded to 5.31. But the phone freezes when entering Messages -> Picture Messages menu.

Anyone know what's wrong?

Is reset of PMM the only solution?

Hi

I had the same problem with my 3310, but when i reset all settings it disappear.

I think that diferent soft versions saves pic messages to diferent placies in PPM and thats is the reason for hangin.

I agree, try using noktool to reset sfr or newnokiatool035 or noktool by jordik then click on SMS data to reset the picture messages to default :)

Hey mate just write a clean eeprom to ur phone then change imei ,clear sp-lock,update faid and it will be ok!
