How to unlock Philips Fisio 311

I got a program phst_delok_v23.exe for unlock Fisio311 but cannot go in TAT mode, please help.

I have the same proggy, fisio 311 - it worked fine for me ! Check cables, don't forget about 6v external power !!!!

Thank you your reply, my cable have extra 9V power, even I also use power supply to make sure the power is normal.

But I still cannot connect the program, fail again.

I think program have problem, your program is OK? Can you send me?

You must to decrease voltage from standard 5V to 3V between pins 16 Vcc and 15 GND in your IC MAX232 then you may activate TAT mode.I tried and this work.Also see www.gsmhacking.com cable scheme
