convert bin to rttl

does some application that binary conversion makes to rttl exist??

i don't know if that exists but i have a solution.

Here:
1) open any flash file in ppmedit.
2) click any ringtone then click load.
3) in Open Dialog choose tone chunk *.*
4) choose your tone
5) click save as... then save it as rttl (*.txt)
