Zulea's atr can unlock net code and phone code also

[the program atr5.03 not reset the code of security of the t28 world but if works in the t28s.

the program atr5.3 has been good me to take out the sim lock....but not me reset the code of the user security....

you can unlock the simlock and reset the phonecode with atr
